Q: When can I expect my order?

A: If the product you’re ordering is a “Print On Demand” item, a Production Time will be listed in the item overview for that specific product. 

Q: I only received part of my order. Who do I contact? 

A: Many items ship from the location in which they are printed. In many cases, this location can vary from item to item. If your order contains items that originate from multiple locations, you may receive multiple shipments to complete your order. You can check your order status in your Account Dashboard at any time to see the tracking number and order status of a specific item in your order. Q: What is a Production Time?

A: Production Time is the timeframe it takes to print your On Demand order. It is specific to each product but most fall into a 10-15 Business Day average. If an item in the store is “Print On Demand,” you will see a Production Time listed in the Overview of that item’s Product Page.

Q: Where is my order shipping from?

A: If your order is “Printed On Demand” product, it will ship from various locations within the US, depending on what the item is and what decorating facility it is coming from. Return Shipping is paid by the purchaser making the return.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: All items “Printed On Demand” are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are “Inventoried” can be returned within two weeks for a full refund. Return Shipping is paid by the purchaser making the return. Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition.

Q: I received my order, and something is wrong/ this is not what I ordered. What should I do?

A: While we pride ourselves on minimizing incidents of errors on orders, we understand they may sometimes occur. Please contact us directly at [email protected] or 888-994-7766 for help from our Customer Service Team in resolving any order or product issues. Please report any order issues or errors within Two Weeks of receipt of your order.
